This form can only and only be triggered by Princess Luna, as a last resort when there's no other way.
By releasing LvL 0 all those Alucard have consumed on his time in Equestria will be released into a sea of blood, a river of death.
Creating a walking nightmare, the dead rises, controlled by Alucard (Dracula) And has the solid purpose to find more life to consume and take part of the living dead.

And in this state is he most vulnerable, he becomes a normal pony with the same vampire abilities but have lost the power to regenerate himself if he's injured.
He can be killed in this state.
The river of the dead can be called back to him whenever he wish for it along with the ponies who have been killed or dragged into the river of death.
